Shipping & Returns

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, we will ask for pictures of the issue and/or request that you return the item for inspection. In these cases, we will remake or repair the item for you at no additional charge. If you encounter a defective or incorrect item issue, please contact our customer service team at Might Gear and Apparel along with your order ID number, picture of the issue, and current shipping address. Our team will be in touch to determine the next steps once we receive your request. You will not be able to return items if you picked the wrong size or want a different color.

Please note, you are responsible for shipping and handling fees for your return and Express Design Group cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Once the item is returned your new item will be shipped in 7-9 days.

Most orders are fulfilled within 7-9 business days, but the exact processing time can vary depending on the products you order and the shipping method you choose. For example, some products may have longer processing times than others, and shipping methods such as express shipping may result in faster delivery times. It’s important to keep this in mind when placing your order to ensure that you receive your products on time.
